We recognise that the date the system is handed over to the customer is only day one of what will be many years of reliable operation of the intruder alarm and/or other security systems and we look forward to working in partnership with our customers over the long term.
In order to achieve this our Service and Maintenance programme operate a full 24 hour, 365 day a year emergency service. Our telephone is personally answered at all times and assistance given. If technical assistance is required this will be provided by the duty engineer either over the telephone or by attending on site. We guarantee a response on site within 4 hours at any time for emergency call outs.
