MCS Security Officers are professionally dressed in our company uniform.

All security guards have on hand mobiles and radio devices in the event of requiring back- up by any of the emergency services. All Security guards on duty are supported by a 24-hour control room which responds to any emergency or security breach.

All Security Officers are attentive to customers, approachable and helpful, but always firm when enforcing your rules. MCS places a strong emphasis on customer and client satisfaction, the use of great communication and conflict resolution skills are used in the first instance.

MCS Security Officers are all fully trained, and licensed.
