Further to our phone discussions I would appreciate your passing on my thanks to the security teams.

As you know over the past week there have been some interesting moves within the casual leasing clients.

On Tuesday night I arrived at 8.30 and was met by Daniel and Beau from MCS and they were fantastic, particularly as

we relocated sites – they assisted with the trolley and trestles and especially when the lights went out.  The car was brought in with no

problem at all.

This morning we had to relocate Plega from FC1 to K16 and again their assistance was most appreciated. 

So I would like it if you could pass on my thanks to Phil, Adam and I think Scott.

I know this doesn’t form part of their duties, and they never neglected their lock ups or other duties to assist me,

but thanks should go where it’s due.

I have been living in Woodvale for approximately 23 years.

Some years ago a women disappeared after using an ATM after hours and I have to say that after that incident I rarely used the ATM’s after hours.

However, I have to recommend you on your security guards that patrol the shopping centre area and make their presence known. They are always neat in appearance and their uniforms stand out.

You have managed to make me feel more secure in the area and I now use the ATM’s  and frequently visit the Woolworths Store and Chemist/newsagency   after hours.

I work near Bassendean however I had not been into your shopping centre for a while until today and I noticed that you have changed Security companies and I just wanted to comment on the professional manner and demeanour of the Security guard I witnessed there today and that he looked far more professional than the previous guards.

Just a quick note to provide a testimonial for the guards that work at Rockingham City Shopping Centre.

A little while back there were some men making trouble at the Coles entrance of your shopping centre, I reported this to the chemist as I walked in who in turn phoned security. Their response was timely and the matter well handled. Every time I visit your shopping centre the appearance of the guards impresses me and I feel very safe to continue shopping at you centre.

Also had a gentleman call to pass on his thanks and praise for the guards who assisted his wife yesterday after she took a bad turn in the Dick Smith ladies toilets. He was most pleased with everyone and found them all incredibly helpful, going above and beyond their call of duty.

My husband and I would like you to pass on our heartfelt thanks to Sahel and Jason for the assistance given to us on Sunday night outside Chutney Mary’s Restaurant, when we lost our house keys.

We had had a lovely evening and returned to my parents house only to discover that we had misplaced the house keys.

When we returned to the area were we thought they would be, we were asked what we had lost by one of the restaurant owners and they contacted your security company.

Craig, I have just received a feedback from an elderly customer that had a fall in Priceline on 26^th April.  The lady wanted to pass on her appreciation to guard.  On reading the incident report it was Adam D and after he assisted her, he and then accompanied her to the post office, bank and called a taxi.  This is great feedback and the sort of assistance we want to provide in circumstances like this.  Please pass this onto Paul and the guard in question.
